PLEASE READ OUR 15 DAY RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY
MirandaHome.com DOES NOT issue refunds. We can only issue store credit (less any shipping costs) in the form of a store gift card.
- To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and attached tags.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, body odor, staining or arrives without original tags attached will NOT be eligible for return/store credit.
- You must return all unwanted items within 15 days of delivery date to be eligible to receive store credit.
- We do NOT offer direct item exchanges, you must return the item to us in order to receive store credit and place a new order.
Any returns postmarked more than 15 days from the delivery date are ineligible for returns/store credit and will be automatically be shipped back to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
If your item is eligible for return, you should send an email to email@example.com to receive a return ticket to enclose in your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be fully processed. Once your return has been processed, please allow an additional 2-4 days for us to send you an electronic store gift card with your store credit. Once the return has been processed, we will send you an email that is on file so you know it’s on its way.
We reserve the right to issue partial store credit on case by case basis.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order cancellation can only be processed within 24 hours after order placement. If the order was marked shipped by our shipping department, we will not be able to process the cancellation. You will have to wait to receive the item and ship the unworn item to us in order to receive store credit.
WRONG SIZES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received an item with a visible defect or a size that you did not order, please send us a clear photo of the UNWORN item showing the defect and/or size that was shipped so we can create a claim and re-ship you same item with correct sizing.
Please note: If you received the correct size but would like to exchange for another size, please follow return instructions mentioned above.
